- 20250408 7:04 There is an illegal radio operating in the J6/Mescal Area again tonight and knocking down or diminishing all broadband speeds in the area. We are working the issue and trying to find the radio and lock it up so it can’t broadcast any longer.
- 20250326 04:00 As some of you are aware someone/thing in the Pomerene/Benson area is jamming various frequencies periodically. We have traced them and reported their equipment identifiers to enforcement. It appears to be some renegade entities from Idaho crashing into preexisting microwave bridges and causing interruptions in Interstate Commerce. As a result the FTC (federal trade commission) is investigating the organization and determining the level of fines to impose for violating FTC Regulations. Those regulations prevent entities from interfering with interstate commerce (which is a federal crime). We are accessing the violating equipment to determine the owners. We will disable their radios as we are able to lock on to them based on our authority granted by the FCC for entities in violation of that agencies regulations too. They need to familiarize themselves with FTC Regulations.
- 20250326 We have completed increasing Plan Bandwidth to all subscribers. See the “To Subscribe” Page for Plans.. We are doing additional upgrades of bandwidth availability both Download & Upload in 4-6 weeks as soon as our new fiber link is up and running. Your upload for zoom,, face time etc. . .will be increased to the same as your download bandwidth. The backbone provider is engaged in licensing and structure verification of underground existing access structures for the fiber. We will retain our current backbone infrastructure as backup in case of any fiber outage .. The provisioning of our new backbone will be able to support over a terabit per second of bandwidth. We will have capacity the backbone carriers do not currently have functional provisioning for, but will as they expand their capabilities. We will be ready for any increase in capacity above 100Gbps they can provide so we do not have to do upgrades over and over again, which would take months to complete. The future changes will just be equipment and firmware upgrades. We are currently and will continue to work with hardware manufacturers to provide support for multi gigabit services to you, our subscribers..

Enforcement agencies are auditing broadcast operations in the area to determine the source of repeated violations of spectrum use by unregistered & registered broadcasting entities in Cochise County and Northern Mexico bordering Cochise County and Pima County. Your communications services in the area are being periodically degraded due to the those entities. This has been periodically occurring for more than a year.. - Ongoing: Slow downs and/or interruptions in service during heavy precipitation anywhere in the valley between your installation and our main provisioning towers in the San Pedro River Valley AZ may occur. We are currently adding new equipment which functions in a different spectrum and protocol which will alleviate the interruptions during heavy precipitation especially freezing rain. We have tested the new equipment and are currently installing it throughout our service area. It is transparent to all other equipment operating in the 4-6 Ghz spectrum and uses a non standard protocol for broadcast backbone.
