Subscribers are bound by the following rules of the road when using ieuwifi.net:
1. Payment is due when service is activated.
2. Payment is due on the Due Date stipulated on your invoice.
3. Payment is due regardless of duration
of subscription whether you receive an invoice or not. We make every effort to
get an invoice to the email address you provided us when you subscribed, 20
days prior to the due date. In some
cases that may not occur but you are still required to pay at least the previous amount at which you were invoiced if
you continue to use the service.
4. FAILURE TO PAY APPROPRIATE SUBSCRIPTION FEES WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION OF YOUR SERVICE.
If other arrangements are not made,
we will retrieve our equipment as
stipulated by Law. IEUWIFI.NET does
not charge for equipment usage nor installation. IEUWIFI.NET continues to
own all provided equipment due to requirements to update firmware and upgrade equipment over time. If you damage our equipment we will charge
you for the equipment under the laws governing public utilities. All WISP’s
were designated as Public Utilities by
the Federal Government and provided protection under the Public Utility Regulations.
5. Content Access:
a. You are responsible for any and all content accessed via the service with ieuwifi.net.
b. Attempts to engage in copyright infringement may result in your prosecution.
c. Use of Bit Torrent applications other than standard licensed streaming services or to download illicit material will result in your prosecution.
d. Attempts to hack other users and devices either on or through the network, WILL RESULT in YOUR PROSECUTION. This includes use of sniffing tools.
6. REPEATER LOCATION REQUIREMENTS:
IEUWIFI.NET provides additional equipment to some locations to provide additional service in the area in cooperation with the subscriber. As a result ieuwifi.net may require the subscriber to allow installation of repeater equipment to provide service to other entities in the area to cover the cost of the equipment over time or as a service area extension and/or redundant backup for network operations.
This may include installation of solar arrays and accompanying battery storage. IEUWIFI.NET maintains all equipment at our cost. We require at least a 90 Day notice if you want to terminate your service under
mutual agreements and have ieuwifi.net remove our equipment due to the impact you may have on down line facilities.
7. REFUNDS: IEUWIFI.NET makes best efforts to provide stable usable service. However, mother nature or thieves sometimes have other ideas. If your service is interrupted for any reason, IEUWIFI.NET makes every effort to provide status alerts on this web site and attempts to resolve the issues impacting service. IEUWIFI.NET at it’s discretion may choose to issue a
refund to the subscriber after retrieving our equipment if we cannot restore service within a reasonable amount of time.
Reasonable to us means several days at the most.
8. CARD PROCESSING: IEUWIFI.NET provides secure Payment Processing via IEU’s interface with PayPal. A PayPal account is not required by the subscriber.
We have used PayPal for around 20 years with no situations causing concern on either the subscribers or ieuwifi.net’s part. WE REQUIRE THAT YOU DO NOT
ATTEMPT TO CANCEL A CARD PAYMENT. WE WILL REVERSE THE PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL BACK TO THE CARD OR ACCOUNT THROUGH WHICH IT WAS PAID. IF YOU CANCEL IT OR ATTEMPT TO REVERSE THE
CHARGE YOU add COST to YOU AND US. IT COSTS NEITHER OF US IF WE DO THE REVERSAL.
If you illegally use someone else’s financial instrument you will go to jail.
9. EQUIPMENT USE & CONFIGURATION: IEUWIFI.NET uses commercial equipment to provide you service. You are not allowed to change configuration data in our equipment. You may, if cleared with
ieuwifi.net, use a router behind our router
equipment. You must configure your routers WAN(Internet) Port and LAN(local Area Network) Ports as directed by ieuwifi.net technical staff. This includes the IP Address and Subnet Information.
YOU MAY NOT USE INTERNET CONNECTION SHARING TO SHARE YOUR BANDWIDTH WITH A NEIGHBOR. YOU WILL REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF
AVAILABLE BANDWIDTH FOR YOUR USE AND START COMPLAINING WHEN YOU START BUFFERING WHILE WATCHING STREAMING CONTENT. YOU WILL ALSO BE VIOLATING THIS SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT AND THUS BE SUBJECT TO TERMINATION OF SERVICE WITH NO REFUND. IEUWIFI.NET provides complementary Installation for the first installation of equipment at your initial location. This includes the CPE, Router and any cable necessary to make our equipment function properly. We will charge you to provide any additional support for an internal personal network other than the initial IP & Subnet Information. You must run a router behind router configuration if you have a personal LAN. We will provide the valid subnet information for your router and the WAN(Wide Area Network / Internet) IP address and Gateway Address. We will not allow you to control the SSID (Wifi-Name) or Password on our Router. You may do that on your own router behind ours. Your router may not operate in any frequency which our equipment operates at your location. We will NOT fix your equipment so it functions properly. We will refer you to qualified service companies in the area if you have personal equipment issues.
10. BACKUPS ON-LINE
On-Line Backups are only allowed from 01:00 TO 04:00. Your backup must be completed by 04:00. We have limited upload bandwidth at this time so it must be shared intelligently. We have numerous subscribers engaging in market activity which requires bandwidth between 4:30am and 2:30pm MST.
11.AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST: Equipment manufacturers and marketing companies are all trying to sell you routers which they indicate are 5G. Those routers are NOT 5G. 5G stands for 5th Generation. 5Ghz is a portion of spectrum which is not related
to 5G. Only the Carriers use 5G Equipment which is both substantially more powerful and uses a different spectrum than 5Ghz. 5 Gigahertz is a frequency block (5.155-5.855Ghz) within available spectrum to the public for public use. No one owns that spectrum nor the 2.4Ghz Spectrum and it is regulated by the FCC and FTC. Most WISP’s like ieuwifi.net use the 5Ghz frequency block to transport data from
our repeaters to the CPE we install at your location. If you use a 5Ghz router you may interfere with your own service and that of your neighbors. You will likely never use more bandwidth than you can access in the 2.4Ghz band.
